Refunds & Cancellations

Applies to purchases made on fairdinkumdays.com, including virtual coin packs and any subscriptions (if offered). Last updated: 6 March 2026.

1) Key points

  • Virtual coins are digital items with no cash value and are generally non-refundable once delivered or used.
  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.
  • Refund handling may differ depending on where you purchased (website vs. Apple/Google).

2) Virtual coin packs

When you buy a coin pack, coins are typically delivered immediately. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge immediate supply of digital content.

Accidental or unauthorised purchases

If you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorised, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if the coins remain unused and the request is made promptly, but we cannot guarantee a refund in every case.

Unused coins

Unused coins are not redeemable for cash and we do not offer refunds solely because coins were not used or you changed your mind, unless required under ACL.

3) Subscriptions (if available)

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unless required by ACL or stated at purchase, we do not provide partial refunds for a current billing period.
  • If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellations and refunds are handled by that store under its rules.

4) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL. If there is a major failure (for example, a service is not provided as promised and cannot be fixed in a reasonable time), you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For non-major issues, we will work with you to fix the problem within a reasonable time.

5) How to request a refund or help

  1. Email contact@fairdinkumdays.com with your account email/username, purchase date, product (coin pack/subscription), amount, and reason.
  2. Include any receipt, order ID, and screenshots that help us investigate.
  3. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Note: Chargebacks may restrict account access while we investigate to protect users and prevent fraud.
