Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any rules posted in the product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility (Australia)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher) and legally able to enter into a contract. We may ask for age verification and may suspend or close accounts that are ineligible.

3. Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend, reset, or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or rule breaches.

4. Virtual coins, credits & items

• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold; they are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or anything of real-world value.
• We may modify, remove, or re-balance virtual items and game features at any time.
• Any optional purchases (if offered) grant access to virtual items only and do not create any monetary value.

5. Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
• No harassment, hate, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No use for commercial purposes, reselling accounts/items, or scraping without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The service, games, software, and content are owned by or licensed to FairDinkumDays Pty Ltd and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use the service for entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7. Availability, disclaimers & liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that gameplay outcomes will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost data, profits, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law; where a guarantee applies, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupply or the cost of resupply, where permitted.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. Upon termination, any virtual items may be forfeited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
